La Belle Gina Boutique is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Free shipping orders over $59.99 anything less, shipping fee will be calculated by the carrier.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order. Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for the USA.

  • Transit time 1-3 Days Mon-Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)
  • 99% of all orders ship the same day if placed before 2.00 PM
  • Order Cut-off Time 02.00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 02.00 PM Eastern Standard Time on the same day. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

     U.S SALES TAX

    La Belle Gina Boutique doesn’t charge sales taxes on orders as required. The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates in effect and these rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges, if applicable, may also be subject to sales tax in certain states. Our products are included with tax.

    DELAYS: 

    La Belle Gina Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally,  La Belle Gina Boutique is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.UNDELIVERED PACKAGESIf at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.
